Job Summary:

Supports safe delivery of OSUS real estate projects by monitoring HSE compliance on project sites, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and driving corrective actions to protect people, assets, and project continuity.

Responsibilities are not limited to:

• Monitor contractors' compliance with approved HSE plans, permits, method statements, and OSUS requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, walkthroughs, and risk observations; record findings and follow up closure.
• Review HSE documentation submitted by contractors, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident logs.
• Support incident/near-miss reporting, investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve unsafe conditions without delaying delivery.
• Track HSE KPIs, NCRs, inspection results, and compliance status; prepare weekly/monthly HSE reports.
• Promote HSE awareness through inductions, toolbox sessions, campaigns, and site communication.
• Ensure emergency readiness, first-aid, fire safety, traffic management, and site housekeeping controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 6-8 years of HSE experience in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or project delivery.
• Professional certification is preferred: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, Civil Defense requirements, site permit systems, and contractor HSE management.
• Strong inspection, reporting, incident investigation, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills; ability to influence contractors and consultants on site.
