Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce project HSE plans and procedures
Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe working practices
Perform regular safety inspections and compliance audits
Review and approve method statements and risk assessments
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions
Maintain HSE statistics, records, and regulatory documentation
Deliver site safety inductions and ongoing awareness programs
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters
Promote a proactive safety culture across the project site
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction HSE supervision
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory or preferred as per company policy)
Strong understanding of local safety regulations and international HSE standards
Ability to prepare detailed reports and conduct investigations
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Capable of working under pressure in active construction environments
