HSE Engineer – Civil (RTA Approved)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an RTA-approved Civil HSE Engineer to ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards across our projects. The role involves risk management, site inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies per RTA and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Ensure compliance in documentation, reporting, and approvals.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (RTA-approved civil background mandatory).
• 3–5 years’ experience in HSE for civil construction projects.
• NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and RTA guidelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
