A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ HSE Engineer - Construction.
Key Responsibilities

- Implement, oversee, and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Carry out routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead incident and accident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and ensure effective follow-up measures are implemented.
- Deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and enforce the correct use of PPE and adherence to safety rules at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and review of HSE documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Collaborate with site teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Participate in HSE meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as an HSE Engineer within construction, facilities management, industrial, or related sectors.
- NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH certification (preferred or mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
