HSE Engineer (RTA Approved)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified HSE Engineer (RTA Approved) to join our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in NDRC–Micro tunneling projects and a strong command of RTA and UAE HSE regulations. This role is key in ensuring all project activities meet the highest health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with UAE and RTA regulations.

Oversee and manage safety activities for all NDRC–Micro tunneling projects to ensure strict adherence to client and statutory requirements.

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits; identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective measures.

Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.

Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, ensuring implementation of preventive actions.

Liaise with RTA, consultants, and clients on HSE-related matters.

Maintain detailed HSE documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards.

Lead emergency response drills and promote a culture of safety excellence.
