HSE & Environment Lead

Lead the rollout and implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

• Oversee HSE compliance, risk assessments, inspections, and internal audits.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, environmental regulations, and international standards.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, recycling, energy efficiency, biodiversity).
• Provide technical guidance to the HSE team and collaborate closely with the Food Safety team.
• Prepare HSE performance reports, KPIs, and audit documentation.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external partners to maintain compliance.
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting processes
