Required Experience: 3-5 yrs

Education: B. Tech Environmental / Chemical Engineering Or BSc. / Diploma in Environment Engineering.

NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Environment/ Process Safety.

This HSE Executive position requires specialist experience Environment, HSE Management system documentation, ISO certifications, Audits, Client HSE Compliance, Tender HSE documents, with knowledge of Statutory compliance. Adequate knowledge on HSE software applications and data analytics tools would be an added advantage.

1. HSE Management system compliance tracking, Procedure & Checklist update, Safe Manhours tracking

2. Maintaining centralized HSE documents of site - HSE Plan, Risk Assessment, Compliance to procedure

3. Maintain track record of all HSE inspection & site Audits and ISO Certification documents

4. Well conversant with Environment compliance, HSE Procedures, Guidelines, Standards, Checklist, legal requirements, Fire codes etc.

5. Awareness on Process/Construction safety activities

6. Trend analysis of Unsafe Act Unsafe condition & Near miss reporting and compliance to mitigation measures

7. Tender document HSE requirements and remain upto date.

8. Prepare monthly HSE reports, safe manhours, and Trainings records

9. Monthly HSE documentation and reporting in excel format & software applications

10.Workshop statutory compliance & track of land lease requirements

11.Internal & External Audit records and Compliance

12.Environment Procedure, Statutory compliance, Environment monitoring & Environment reporting

13.Awareness on Waste Management - Hazardous/Non-Hazardous, E-waste management

14.Envrionment Plan & Sustainability, Policy and Governance
