About the role:
The main purpose of this position is to lead risk assessment, reporting and follow up activities of Telenor's supply chain business assurance for monitoring compliance of Telenor HSE requirement in the supply chain as outlined by Telenor supplier conduct principle, through a cross functional team of HSE auditors and in coordination with line functions.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Support the Corporate Senior Manager HSE to achieve Telenor Pakistan's supply chain sustainability KPIs and objectives.
- Carry out hazard identification and risk assessment of all key risk processes of the Technology Division.
- Devise action plans for the mitigation of key risk areas.
- Manage the overall Supply Chain Sustainability Program.
- Ensure a safe, sustainable, and compliant supply chain in line with Telenor's Supplier Conduct Principles.
- Build partnerships and collaboration with suppliers to achieve a responsible supply chain.
Your Typical Day will look like:
- Run overall HSSE monitoring, follow-up, and reporting activities as per Telenor's supply chain sustainability policy and requirements.
- Implement ABC/SCP across the supply chain.
- Support the development of HSE documents and procedures for HSE within the Technology Division.
- Facilitate and support external HSE compliance audits.
- Support preparation of detailed HSE training requirements for Technology Division and supply chain teams.
- Support development of an HSE improvement roadmap for the Technology Division in collaboration with Corporate Health & Safety teams.
- Provide support in project management of all HSE improvement projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Engage and motivate Technology and Supply Chain teams through campaigns and roadshows.
- Support implementation of advanced safety culture programs in the supply chain.
- Take initiatives to enhance reporting of leading indicators in the supply chain, analyze data, and suggest solutions to reduce recurrence.
- Support teams in planning and implementing HSE control and monitoring processes.
- Support incident investigations and devise corrective and preventive action plans.

What we're looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
Work experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience including Train the Trainer on work at height, electrical safety, road safety and first aid.
- Internationally recognized certifications in the field of HSE, including Lead Auditor courses on SA 8000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NEBOSH IGC, etc.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
- Should possess good data analytical skills.
