HSE Inspector (Façade )

Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years (GCC experience preferred)
Industry: Façade / Construction
Salary: As per market standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily HSE inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, legal regulations, and client requirements
• Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, work at height, hot work, and façade installation
• Ensure adherence to approved method statements and risk assessments
• Maintain HSE documentation such as inductions, permits, toolbox talks, and inspection records
• Record incidents, near misses, hazards, and corrective actions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
• Promote safety awareness and a strong safety culture on site

Requirements:

• HSE certification (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred)
• Experience in façade or construction projects
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
• Good communication and reporting skills
