HSE Instructor / Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Instructor / Trainer to deliver professional health, safety, and environmental training programs on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience and the ability to conduct engaging and practical training sessions aligned with international standards and Qatar requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HSE training courses (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.)
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessments
• Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance
• Ensure all training complies with Qatar regulations and industry standards
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and certification documentation
• Support course audits and accreditation requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC / Diploma, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience, including training delivery
• Certified Trainer qualification (Train the Trainer) is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in Qatar or GCC projects (Oil & Gas / Construction preferred)
• Ability to deliver training in English, & other languages.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar driving license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering NVQ Level 3–7 or similar competency-based programs
• Approved Trainer from recognized awarding bodies
• Knowledge of QatarEnergy HSE standards

Compensation:

• Competitive per session / per course rate (to be discussed based on qualifications and experience)
