HSE Lead

Job Purpose:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site safety activities to ensure construction operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company HSE policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project-specific HSE plans and risk assessments at site level.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HSE Officers and Inspectors.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors on HSE compliance.
• Review and verify work permits, method statements, and lifting plans.
• Monitor and report HSE performance indicators, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Lead emergency drills and ensure readiness of emergency response equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH certifications required.
• Minimum 8–10 years experience in construction HSE supervision, with 3–5 years in UAE.
• Strong leadership, observation, and coordination skills.
