HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE management system in compliance with UAE laws and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Lead and supervise the HSE team across multiple construction sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits on project sites.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other regulatory requirements.
• Organize HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for employees.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging management and staff in HSE initiatives.
• Provide monthly HSE performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC / Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent professional HSE certifications (mandatory).
• Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, ADNOC/OSHA standards, and international safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor site staff in safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
