Job Purpose:

Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects of villa and building construction projects to ensure full compliance with company policy, client requirements, and UAE legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan and procedures in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Laws, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Civil Defense regulations.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments for construction sites.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure root-cause analysis and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, HSE campaigns, and continuous training.
  • Review subcontractors’ HSE plans, method statements, and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and report project HSE performance to senior management and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain all HSE documentation, including statistical reports, logs, and records.
  • Ensure emergency response and fire safety systems are properly implemented and maintained.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC / Diploma and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification mandatory.
  • Minimum 10–15 years experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in UAE building/villa projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and incident investigation skills.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law, EHS regulations, and construction safety practices
