职责表述Duty and Responsibility: Develop and Implement the project's HSE MSTo standardise project HSE manas:ment and establish project HSE rules and regulations, and ensure the project HSE performance complieswith legal, Client, Consultant, CSCEC ME HSE MS and ISO standards.

Ensure all liSE related resources are available on site and be ready for useAssess the HSE roles and responsibility performance of all employees within the project.Do the HSE trend analysis and advise on improving actions

职责表述Duty and Responsibility: Hazard Identification and Risk Management

Donduct inspection/audit to identify project safety hazards and recommend preventive/corrective actions and follow up

Prepare and review risk assessments and verify all activities complying with the MSRA.

Report & Investigate incidents and advise actions for improvement

Identify all project emergencies and prepare emergency preparedness plan

Do the training analysis and organize resources to delivery training

Conduct internal and external communication and response to HSE concerns from all interested parties.

Prepare HSE plan, emergency plan, all other safety-related plans & other project specific HSE documentationead the team to implement the HSE MS and achieve HSE targetsOther temporary work tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD1,000.000 - KD1,200.000 per month
