Safety Officer

We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our Precast Manufacturing Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company safety policies, and local authority requirements
• Conduct regular site and plant safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Monitor precast production activities (lifting, casting, curing, stacking, transportation)
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare safety reports
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
• Coordinate safety training and emergency drills
• Liaise with management and site supervisors on safety matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Safety Officer in Precast / Construction / Manufacturing
• Knowledge of lifting operations, heavy machinery, and precast safety standards
• Valid safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
