We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE Manager to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Health, Safety, and Environmental systems to ensure full compliance with regulatory and international standards.

Position: HSE Manager

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with ADOSH and applicable local authority regulations.
  • Manage HSE activities across engineering projects, including risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor HSE performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all operations.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of proven experience as an HSE Manager in an Engineering Company.
  • Valid ADOSH Registration with 5–10 years of experience.
  • NEBOSH IGC Certificate.
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety.
  • ISO 45001 Certificate (Occupational Health & Safety).
  • ISO 9001 Certificate (Quality Management).
  • ISO 14001 Certificate (Environmental Management).
