AED 45,000 - 55,000 per month (dependent on experience)

The Opportunity

A leading PMC is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to take full ownership of Health, Safety & Environmental delivery on a live project in Ajman.

This is a senior, site-focused role requiring strong leadership, regulatory expertise and the ability to operate confidently at project level.

Key Responsibilities

• Predominantly site-based in Ajman
• Full oversight of all Health, Safety & Environmental activities
• Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international best practice
• Leading and advising project teams, contractors and consultants
• Driving a proactive safety culture across site operations
• Reporting at senior project level and influencing key stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience operating at Senior HSE Manager level within a PMC or major project environment
• Strong working knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with a hands on approach when required
• Ideally Dubai-based for accessibility, with consistent presence on site in Ajman

Preferred Background

• High-tech or regulated environments
• Hyperscale / data centre or similar high compliance projects
