HSE Manager

• Oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across mall and retail operations
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits within the property
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and tenants
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, evacuation drills, and safety preparedness activities
• Monitor contractor and tenant compliance with HSE requirements
• Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and records for management review and regulatory purposes
• Work closely with operations and facility teams to maintain a safe environment for employees, tenants, and visitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within mall, retail, or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards
• Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates must be locally available or possess GCC experience
• Bilingual candidates will be an advantage

Pay: Up to QAR10,000.00 per month
