Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive HSE Coordinator (Female) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management within the GCC region, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across project sites and offices.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar and GCC HSE regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, incident records, and safety statistics.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness plans are up to date.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE-related matters.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of HSE experience, including significant experience in Qatar and the GCC region.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, HSE regulations, and international safety standards.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, infrastructure, hospitality, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC preferred.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
