HSE Manager – Infrastructure Construction

Our client, a construction company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HSE Manager – Infrastructure Construction . Must have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports To: CEO

Summary:

• To lead and manage all HSE functions across company infrastructure projects. Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, OSHAD, and international standards. Drive safety culture, oversee site HSE performance, and act as the authority on all health, safety, and environmental matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE strategy and systems (ISO 45001/14001).
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (UAE, OSHAD, ADNOC).
• Conduct site audits, lead investigations, and manage emergency plans.
• Deliver HSE training and mentor safety staff.
• Report KPIs and liaise with clients, regulators, and auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years’ experience (min. 5 years in infrastructure & HSE management).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws & OSHAD.
• NEBOSH Diploma, ISO Lead Auditor certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial position
