HSE Manager (Oil & Gas) – Qatar

Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager with strong Oil & Gas background to lead health, safety, and environmental functions in Qatar. The candidate will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, implement safety policies, and oversee site safety operations. Candidate must be locally available in Qatar and ready for immediate mobilization.

Requirements:
✔ 8–12 years of HSE experience, with Oil & Gas project exposure
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field
✔ NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification required
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and Qatar compliance standards
✔ Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✔ Candidate must be currently in Qatar
✔ Immediate mobilization preferred
