HSE Officer

We are hiring an experienced HSE Officer with a strong background in the oil & gas sector, specifically in turnaround projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of GCC experience, hold a NEBOSH IGC certification, and be committed to upholding international safety standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site risk assessments and maintain a risk register
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations
• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills
• Maintain accurate reporting and audit documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• NEBOSH IGC certified
• Minimum 3 years of oil & gas experience in the GCC
• Strong knowledge of turnaround HSE procedures

Comprehensive Package:

• Food, accommodation, transportation, gate pass, and PPE provided by INECO
• Working Hours: 12 hours/day
• Rest Day: One day off every 13 days (QCHEM RLCO fatigue plan)

Salary / Allowances:

• Estimated Range: 4,500 – 6,000 QAR/month (depending on experience)
• Final package to be discussed during interview
