HSE Officer

We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer with proven experience in the construction industry to ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, training staff, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections on construction sites.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Organize and conduct HSE training sessions and toolbox talks for site workers and staff.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports with root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
• Maintain and update all HSE records, permits, and documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction safety.
• Promote environmental awareness and oversee proper waste disposal and pollution prevention measures on site.
