HSE Officer

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer who must have at least 5-10 years of Experience in the Construction Field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff.
• Maintain safety records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HSE Manager and Projects Manager to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide guidance on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH and OSHA will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• With valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship.
