We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer who must have at least 5-10 years of Experience in the Construction Field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff.
- Maintain safety records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HSE Manager and Projects Manager to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide guidance on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH and OSHA will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- With valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship.
