HSE Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in HSE roles.
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Must be supported with valid experience certificates.
• MOFA-attested Graduate Degree Certificate is mandatory.
• NEBOSH IGC Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, PTW systems, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with Qatar Energy HSE standards and project-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness trainings.
• Monitor and control safety practices across project sites.
• Prepare daily/weekly safety reports and maintain incident records.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work culture.
