HSE Officer

Position: HSE Officer
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Construction & Occupational Safety
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving health, safety, and environmental standards within construction project sites. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and environmental management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident logs, investigation findings, and safety documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Ensure all construction activities follow approved method statements and risk assessments.
• Support the implementation of environmental management practices, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
• Liaise with project team, contractors, and third parties to ensure safe work practices.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure continuous improvement of HSE performance on-site.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction and occupational safety.
• Strong knowledge of environmental management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Safety, or relevant field (preferred).
• Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of UAE health & safety regulations.

Work Location:

• Dubai & Abu Dhabi (Based on project requirement)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
