HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the workplace.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and educate staff on HSE best practices.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe workplace.
