HSE Officer

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join our operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across warehouse, transportation, and relocation activities while promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards
• Monitor warehouse and moving operations to identify potential hazards
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for staff
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports
• Maintain HSE documentation and safety records
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in an HSE role (logistics or warehouse experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations
• Excellent observation and risk assessment skills
• Strong communication and training abilities
• Ability to enforce safety standards effectively
