HSE Officer

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among workers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices among workers and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, inspections, and training records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on-site.
• Liaise with contractors and project teams to address safety concerns.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
• Report HSE performance and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer (UAE experience preferred).
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
• Ability to conduct safety training and inspections effectively.
