HSE OFFICER

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Identify hazards and perform risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations and company standards
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to employees
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports
• Maintain HSE documentation and records
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Liaise with regulatory authorities when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Safety, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of HSE experience (Gulf experience preferred)
• Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA
• Knowledge of local Qatar safety regulations
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• NEBOSH IGC certification
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per hour
