HSE Officer

We are looking for a qualified male HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across our factory, accommodation and project sites in the Advertising and Interior Fit-Out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies across factory and site operations
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation for audits and inspections
• Promote a strong safety culture across all work environments

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
• ISO 45001 Lead/Internal Auditor Certification (Mandatory)
• Fire Warden Certification (Mandatory)
• First Aid Certification (Mandatory)
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Experience in factory and construction/interior fit-out projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, risk assessment, and safety procedures
• Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills
• Good communication & strong personality
• Well versed with MS office
• Able to communicate in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
