Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced HSE Officer with proven hands-on experience in ADNOC Refinery Projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, UAE regulatory requirements, and company safety procedures across all site operations. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce ADNOC HSE standards and company safety policies on site
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification
• Ensure strict compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and refinery safety procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and ongoing HSE awareness sessions
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis with corrective actions
• Monitor hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, transportation, and disposal activities
• Ensure full compliance with refinery operational safety requirements and client procedures
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Coordinate closely with ADNOC representatives, project management, and subcontractors
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all site operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years HSE experience in UAE
• Mandatory experience in ADNOC Refinery Projects (non-negotiable)
• NEBOSH IGC certification (minimum requirement)
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, refinery safety systems, and UAE legislation
• Experience in industrial, refinery, oil & gas, or hazardous waste projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of PTW systems, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced refinery environments
• Immediate availability to join is required

Preferred Skills

• Refinery shutdown/turnaround safety experience
• Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
• HSE compliance auditing in ADNOC environments
• Ability to manage multi-national workforce safety compliance

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
