Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: United Arab Emirates

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years (UAE Experience Only)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Ensure all employees follow company safety rules and UAE HSE regulations
• Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and maintain HSE documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers and staff
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure proper safety practices
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure emergency preparedness plans are in place and properly communicated
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to HSE compliance

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer in the UAE
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joiners only

Required Certificates:

• NEBOSH Certificate (Mandatory)
• IOSH Certification
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Fire Safety Training Certificate (Preferred)
• Any relevant HSE-related certification approved in UAE
