HSE Officer – Abu Dhabi
Location:
Abu Dhabi (Offshore visits as required)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical), HSE, or equivalent.

Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent.
-
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) mandatory.
-
UAE/Middle East experience preferred.
Experience:
-
7–8 years of total experience with at least 5 years as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.

ADNOC project/site experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE/HSSE Management Systems in compliance with ADNOC standards and legal requirements.

Conduct HSE inspections, audits, risk assessments, and site safety monitoring activities.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.

Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.

Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

Assist in developing HSE policies, procedures, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders on HSE matters.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HSEMS, ADNOC HSE standards, and Oil & Gas safety practices.

Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.

Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
-
Ability to promote a positive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
