HSE Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer with Facilities Management industry experience to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will promote a strong safety culture, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness training.
  • Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices.
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
  • Liaise with clients, management, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HSE experience in the Facilities Management industry within the UAE/GCC.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and Facilities Management operations.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
