Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer with Facilities Management industry experience to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will promote a strong safety culture, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness training.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Liaise with clients, management, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HSE experience in the Facilities Management industry within the UAE/GCC.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and Facilities Management operations.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
