HSE Officer – Construction Site (6-Month Contract)

Fixed-Term: 7 Months (extantable depedng on work)

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental compliance on an active construction site. This is a contract role for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions for site staff
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records
• Coordinate with site management on corrective actions

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHAD/UAE regulations if applicable)
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
