Job Title: HSE Officer

Job description: Minimum 3 years of working as a HSE Officer

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures tailored to each project type (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Monitor and enforce use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, safety audits, and permits to work.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate safety into all phases of construction.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, OSHA, and other relevant safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain site documentation, including attendance logs, inspection reports, and progress records.
• Support site inspections and audits by regulatory bodies or clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. Nebosh Mandatory

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
