Urgent Hiring – HSE Officer (Construction Industry)

Experience Required: 4–6 Years (Mandatory)

We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our construction team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of HSE experience with a Dubai-based construction company (mandatory).
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety standards, and risk assessment procedures.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Ability to prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure implementation of company HSE policies and procedures.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to workers and staff.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.
