What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare/Review, Implement and Monitor HSE Policies and Procedures.
Conduct Site Inspections, Safety Audits, and Risk Assessments.
Ensure Compliance with Local Safety Regulations and Company Standards.
Investigate Incidents, Accidents, and Near Misses, and Prepare Reports.
Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, and Awareness Training.
Monitor the proper use of PPE and Safe Work Practices.
Prepare and Maintain HSE Documentation and Records.
Coordinate Emergency Response and Safety Drills.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, or Related Field.
Minimum 8 - 12 years of Experience in a similar HSE Role.
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA Certification Preferred.
Strong Knowledge of Workplace Safety Regulations and Procedures.
Good Communication and Reporting Skills.
Ability to Work Independently and as part of a Team.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
