Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections & safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for staff at all levels.
- Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local HSE regulations and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and first-aid services.
- Monitor environmental impacts (waste management, emissions, spill control) and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management.
- Promote a safety-first culture through continuous communication and awareness campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Certified NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (preferred).
- Minimum 3 Years of experience required in a Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong Knowledge of HSE Standards.
Candidates Residing in Sheikhupura will be given preference.
