HSE Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training sessions.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably within the UAE.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
