HSE Officer -ADNOC Projects experience

Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring an experienced HSE Officer with ADNOC project experience for our contracting company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of oil & gas safety standards, ADNOC HSE requirements, and site safety management. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, policies, and procedures
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Prepare and implement HSE plans, method statements, and JSA
• Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems and site activities
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and inductions
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on HSE matters

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas / ADNOC projects
• Mandatory experience working on ADNOC sites/projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC standards
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in pipeline / infrastructure / EPC projects
• ADNOC approval or previous site access is an advantage
