HSE Officer – ADNOC Projects (Telecommunications

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer (ADNOC Approved) to support ongoing ADNOC telecommunications projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in accordance with ADNOC requirements, ensuring safe operations across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and standards at project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
• Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety protocols
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to site personnel
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports as per ADNOC requirements
• Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives, project managers, and site teams
• Monitor proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures
• Support emergency response planning and drills
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• NEBOSH IGC certification (MOFA Attested) – Mandatory
• IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications are an advantage
• 5–7 years of experience as an HSE Officer on ADNOC projects, preferably within the telecommunications sector
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, PTW systems, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Experience working on onshore and/or offshore sites
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in challenging site environments
• UAE driving license is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
