HSE OFFICER (ASHGHAL APPROVED / EXPERIENCED)

Location: Al Rayyan, Qatar
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years

We are currently looking for a qualified HSE Officer with Ashghal approval or prior Ashghal project experience for an ongoing infrastructure project in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with Ashghal HSE regulations and QCS standards
• Monitor daily site activities and enforce safe work practices
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation (Incident Reports, NCRs, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports)
• Monitor high-risk activities (lifting, excavation, confined space, hot works, WAH)
• Participate in audits and coordinate with consultants/client representatives
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience in construction/infrastructure projects
• Ashghal Approval OR proven Ashghal project experience (Mandatory)
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) | IOSH / OSHA (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Valid QID preferred
