HSE Officer Ashghal Requirements

All works shall be executed in full compliance with the latest Ashghal (Public Works Authority) requirements, standards, and guidelines. A dedicated and approved Safety Officer shall be assigned to the project and shall ensure that all Ashghal safety regulations, procedures, and permit requirements are strictly followed at all times.

The Safety Officer shall review and understand all applicable Ashghal requirements prior to commencement of works and shall be responsible for implementation, monitoring, and continuous compliance throughout the project duration. Any updates or revisions issued by Ashghal shall be immediately incorporated into site activities.

Non-compliance with Ashghal requirements shall not be permitted, and corrective actions shall be implemented immediately as directed by Ashghal or the Consultant.
