We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations. The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations. The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the HSE Officer include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and control measures
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with third-party certification bodies and ensure documentation compliance
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
- Monitor safe operation of heavy equipment and mobile plants
- Maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation using MS Office tools

Support continuous improvement of safety systems and practices
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in mechanical/construction industry
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
- IOSH certification
- Knowledge of third-party certification requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and mobile plants (preferred)
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi required; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident investigation skills
