Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for a qualified HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site staff.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and authorities regarding HSE matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven HSE experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Must hold NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic/Tagalog is an advantage).
