HSE Officer (Oil Terminal Experience )

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for production plants, warehouses, and field operations.
• Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules by all employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed incident investigation reports.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste
• Implement spill prevention, control, and emergency response plans.
• Maintain environmental records and coordinate with approved waste disposal contractors.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for employees and contractors.
• Promote safety awareness programs and campaigns to improve HSE culture.
• upport internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
• Coordinate emergency response drills (fire, spill, evacuation).
• Ensure availability and functionality of firefighting equipment and emergency systems.
• Act as first responder during emergencies until external support arrives.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports.
