HSE Officer Required

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with NEBOSH Certificate to ensure the safety of our project sites, with a focus on substation projects. The successful candidate will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct site inspections, and promote a culture of safety among all staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, company policies, and client requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding safety matters.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards for substation projects.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
