Location: Doha – Al Rayyan & Nearby Areas
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day
Salary: QAR 5,500 - QAR 6,000 (All Inclusive)

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring experienced HSE Officers for ongoing Road & Infrastructure projects under Ashghal (PWA) in Doha. Candidates must have strong field experience and comply with PWA standards and reporting formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies on-site
• Ensure full compliance with Ashghal (PWA) safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
• Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems and site activities
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports
• Coordinate with site teams to maintain a safe working environment

Minimum Requirements

• ✅ NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory – Verifiable)
• ✅ IOSH – Managing Safely (MS)
• ✅ Minimum 4 years’ experience in HSE (Road/Infrastructure preferred)
• ✅ Ashghal (PWA) experience or approval is highly preferred
• ✅ Degree or Diploma (any relevant field)
• ✅ Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and PTW systems

• Candidates with Ashghal-approved projects experience

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
